Sainsbury’s Christmas Advert

These toy puppets were first SLA printed, then a variety of processes were used. Stretch Armstrong’s arms were moulded and cast in silicone so he was stretchy.

The blue robot was hand painted. The drumming monkeys had ball and socket joints fitted to the arms so he could be puppeteered and then flocked. The dogs were also flocked and had neck joints fitted.
